Dimension of the Role
This role will help creating the media strategy, deploy the activation and launch all Digital media channels and will be a hub between brand teams and agencies for Reckitt Hygiene.
Responsibilities/ Accountibilities
· Responsible for working with senior media manager and brand teams to develop and implement overall brand/campaign media strategy (TV, Digital and other media)
· Developing media strategy with the media agency and create a connected communication strategy for all responsible brands, via support of media insight.
· Connect all media related agencies, being a bridge between media agency and other agencies.
· Lead digital media operations, ensuring projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
· Track spends vs plan on a monthly basis and provide recommendations based on actual performance.
· Working with the media agency competitive reporting and analysis.
· Supporting contractual discussions with key media vendors and agencies.
· Helping and advising the wider team on best practices, innovation and work processes.
· Work with the agencies on Quarterly review (media operations, highlighting media innovations, research initiatives, budget vs. actual costs, progress on cost effectiveness plans, post buy analysis, effective TG to be targeted).
· Manage monthly digital media plans
· Manage media agency relationships be the one point of contact for the brand team.
Professional Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 5 years media experience, with good understanding of digital media
· On-hand experience on main digital platforms: Meta,Google Ads, Tiktok. DV360, Amazon DSP or media planning experience is plus.
· Media agency experience is preffered
· Educated to minimum bachelors degree level in a business or communications related subject
· Advanced English communication skills
· Experience in multi-cultural business environment
· Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, accurate follow-up and planning skills
Key Competencies
· Strong negotiation skills and extensive experience working with media/advertising agencies
· Good understanding of research tools and an analytical approach to media plan development
